The Kauffman Foundation’s ESHIP team is working on version 4.0 of the Entrepreneurial Ecosystem Building Playbook to be published in the summer of 2020. As the team expands the content of the playbook, they’re looking for direct input from ecosystem builders on some of the key topics for the next version. Part of the new content will include new chapters on principles, practices, guidelines, and leadership skills in ecosystem building.
They are surveying ecosystem builders to help us discover these processes, approaches, and leadership skills and are asking ecosystem builders to their your help in identifying these by taking a few moments to complete a brief survey.
The hope is that this will help point to more examples of effective leadership as well as processes and approaches that are being used both nationally and globally that can further help ecosystem builders answer the questions “What are some of the skills that can help me become a great ecosystem builder and what processes, approaches, and tools will help guide my journey”.
